Shania Roberts graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Health Science at Simon Fraser University. Following her health science degree, she graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy Program at CDI in 2021.
It was from her degree at SFU that she found her passion for wanting to physically be able to help people heal. Throughout the years she learned more about health and how it extends beyond just the physical and biological aspect. Shania likes to take a biopsychosocial approach when it comes to improving ones health and wellness. She likes to dig deep to the root of the problem that may be causing someone pain, illness or a reduction in quality of life.
Shania likes to realize that every individual is unique and thus requires a personal treatment plan to find solutions to pain management, injury recovery, or stress reduction. Her treatment style focuses but is not limited to Swedish techniques, Myofascial techniques, joint mobilizations, Trigger Point Release, and PNF.
In her spare time, Shania likes to spend time with loved ones, travel and experience new things. Other passions include cooking, animals, and being outdoors.
