New Patient 
Deposit Policy

All new patients are required to pay a deposit up front for all first appointment reservations.

 

Your deposit will be refunded upon your arrival back onto your card on file and your claim will be processed as usual. A deposit will only be required with your initial booking reservation and will not be charged moving forward with future appointment reservations.
