HCG Weight Loss Program

HCG Weight Loss Program is a medically supervised weight loss program provided under our Naturopathic Doctor. HCG injections prevent muscle loss and provide pure fat loss, making you leaner with a more robust metabolism to help you maintain the weight loss once the HCG diet is complete.

How much weight can I expect to loose?

Nick named the pound a day program. Most HCG dieters report a loss of 1 to 2 lbs a day. This can vary from at the very least, a half a pound a day, and at the most, 3 lbs a day. One (1) lb is generally lost in the first day.

What should I avoid after an HCG injection?

Butter, oils, and sugar should be avoided, but you're encouraged to drink a lot of water. Mineral water, coffee, and tea are allowed as well. The hCG diet is usually divided into three phases. During the weight loss phase, you take hCG while eating only 500 calories per day.

What happens if I eat more than the recommended calorie intake per day?

The most common thing to have happen is a small gain of a few tenths of a lb and weight loss resumes the next day. In some cases, you will lose weight the day after the cheat and stall the following day. Worst case scenario is that the cheat causes you to stall for a few days.

Can I still have coffee?

Coffee is permitted on the HCG diet, provided you drink it black and sweeten it with stevia or saccharine. You are allowed to have up to 1 tablespoon of milk per day as well, if desired. The original HCG diet plan does not specify any particular type of coffee.

How will I feel while using the HCG injections?

hCG injections will also help increase your energy levels, which can often deplete when you eat a low-calorie diet. You'll get the benefits of a fast metabolism and increased energy levels, all the while eating a low-calorie diet

Why did I gain weight while using HCG injections?

Pay attention to weight gains, they usually signify a mishap in the protocol, like not drinking enough water, eating too many/too few calories, too much salt, or (inadvertently) eating foods not allowed on the protocol. Weight gains/stalls may take a few days to kick in.
