Heather graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2009 on Vancouver Island. Her dream of working abroad led her into the world of sports medicine where she massaged for the BC Mountain Bike Race, Trans Rockies, Bells let’s talk campaign for mental health and Magic Places Cycling adventures in Europe.

 

Heather enjoys taking a full body approach to pain management by first decompressing the nervous system to create a foundation for healing to begin and when its needed addresses balance, stability and proper mobility.

With a deep love and appreciation for the mind, body, spirit connection she combines an energetic approach to her sports medicine back ground, prioritizing a wholistic approach.

Feeling deeply spiritually connected to the ocean she is a lifelong beach comber, born in California, sticking close to where she can catch a sunset on the beach or find that perfect wave.
