Prior to enrolling in the RMT program at CDI College, Melanie was a stay-at-home Mom of 2 beautiful boys. Her wellness journey began in 2016 by investing in her spiritual well-being. Since then, it became clear how connected our physical health is to our spiritual and emotional health.

Melanie has a deep joy for helping people on all levels. As a Reiki Master & Soul Coach, working with the stagnancies within the body became her passion. This ultimately led her to the RMT career path. 

During her massage sessions, Melanie likes to focus on myofascial techniques, trigger point release, and deep tissue work while promoting relaxation of the muscles.

Outside of school, Melanie loves playing co-ed softball, getting out of the city to go camping, and enjoying the beauty that nature has to offer with her husband & children. She also teaches archery for the BC Wildlife Federation.
